Beware of Merchants Tire in Winchester, and especially Paul Hysell the Service Manager! And MOST importantly, if you need a VA state safety inspection, stay away!!!. They might be honest enough to put tires on your vehicle, but they will run you through the ringer on an inspection. I found this place to be very good when my boyfriend and i would go and get oil changes and tires. I took my car one day without my boyfriend and they took COMPLETE advantage of me.. i paid to get an oil change and of course it comes with tire rotation and such..
