I would give zero stars if I could. Do these guys actually do anything all day but look at their cellphones? Made an appointment in advance for an alignment at noon and was told to pick up the car at approximately 130-200pm. Watched from my office across the street as the car went untouched for two hours. Walked back over, asked if the car was ready or would be ready soon, sat down in a chair as the gentleman at the desk went in to the shop and spoke to a few of the employees. I took my vehicle here 3 weeks ago out of necessity to have a screw in my tire repaired on a Sunday morning. The location is close to where I live, and I needed to take my car on a trip the next morning. The service was quick - I was in and out in an hour. After I left, I had a tire that was patched - and a wheel that was gouged with a bent bead and a bend laterally which made the car shake.
