Exceeded expectations. Joshua Rendon and technicians were very professional. Answered all questions with clarity, explained work being done and service was prompt. Would definitely recommend to friends.
Walked in before closing on a Saturday without an appointment. All bays occupied and from what I could discern all technicians were hard at work. Needed my license plates changed and had no clue how to get them off as there were no screws visible. Within less than 2 minutes problem solved free of charge and back on the road. I am currently sitting and waiting for my oil to be changed. So far, and I swear to this, people with reservations are being told that it will be 3 hours before their vehicle will even be looked at. And, as they take all their phone calls on speaker phone, I even heard a women say she waited 4 hours a few months ago and refused to have her car serviced here again. As for my direct experience, I've been here for over an hour and the oil change (which was supposed to cost $20 with a coupon) is now expected to cost $60 plus tax... read more
just get basic oil change let me wait for 1 hour now and still waiting. only one people in front of me.
Try to replace my tires and change oil. Wait there for long time and nobody come to greet me. Hear a lady customer argue with the tech about so many things for so long time and loud. I decide to leave there and I will never go back!
