Let’s see I got trying to help someone I had insurance. They said that my labs are not covered. It’s an out of network provider then they refuse to pay for my mammogram. Customer service is zero. Wrong information. Different review of my plan depending on who I speak to. I have spoken to, on average, 10 different reps in the past 5 months- they all interpret my plan and claims differently. It’s like they just make stuff up. When you buy health insurance that is contracted with 4 different outsourced companies in order to service, that’s a clue. This company eas only one in a web of horrible experiences. Worst ever … little to nothing will be covered and god forbid you need emergency or hospital services. What a rip off. Would give negative stars if that was possible.
Deceptive practices and zero accountability. My agent, Rebecca, sold me a limited health plan for $510/month, claiming the only limitation was that it wouldn’t cover substance abuse rehab (which I was fine with). When I asked for the maximum out-of-pocket, she told me $7,400. I asked her to show me that clause in writing — and she went silent. No response. No follow-up. Nothing.
