They allowed 100,000 plus fraudulent credit charge attempts on my account which normally receives five or six a week and charged me $0.20 per processing. If you're not a big company with a full-time IT support team and all kinds of insurance these people are a terrible choice for a merchant account. As an FYI they are owned by Wells Fargo, the most well-known horrible bank on the planet. MerchantE represented themselves as conducive to easy to work with as long as you need them. Never did I imagine that their contract would lock me into years; in our discussion I was lead to believe it was month to month. We are a small business that was using credit cards for some of our product lines. MerchantE sold me to come over to them with my business. We had two accounts with MerchantE (Merchant Solutions). We cancelled both in April 2020, one subject to an early termination fee. We have been fighting with them since mid-August to stop withdrawing funds from our checking account for an account that was cancelled. They respond to emails, but do not address the question, or the documentation proving they owe us a refund.
