Muy buena experiencia
Very pleased with this doctor. It would be nice if he spoke a bit more but he is still a professional all the same. He’s accommodating to your schedule If you can’t make it into the office he will do a telehealth visit. The locations are all clean and the staff is very pleasant.
Por favor no lleven sus niños allí, tube mis dos hijas por años comn este doctor y nunca fue profesional y sus diagnósticos siempre no eran asertados, deberían de ser más humanos pero allí no les importa si no tu seguro el dinero que puedan obtener no lo recomiendo ni para una simple gripe.
Very good Doctor. Worse staff in the country!!! WAITING times are terrible
After his office called me 10 times to confirm my daughter's appointment, I arrived early (10:30AM) for her annual. I was told the appointment was at 11:10AM which was fine becz the office was empty of patients. The next thing I know an influx of patients came in. One LOUD ANNOYING Spanish mother on her cellphone chatting about God only knows what rambled on and no staff stopped her! The insult to injury was when the doctor startled taking patients ahead of my daughter when we were there first.
Avoid any of these locations when possible. The office staff could care less about you being there. There is always a long wait, usually at least 40 minutes to a our and a half at times. Dr Merchant will not turn patients away which leads to these excessive wait times for those with appointments. They don't even open until after 9am. We've been going here 7yrs but enough is enough. Avoid the Hunter's Creek location, it's the worst for wait times and guest service.
I appreciate all the attention you have for my girls. Thanks to you my daughter is healthy, my family appreciate all your help.
Dr. Merchant has been my daughter's doctor since I live in Orlando. He is an excellent doctor. I have no complaints. He is professional and dedicated and knowledgeable.
I have had the worst experience of them all today at my daughters appointment! My daughter has been in and out of the hospital for the past three weeks with numerous examinations done to find out she has pneoumonia. Hospital proscribed medication and required to follow up with her primary doctor. In addition, my daughter has asthma and eczema and being sick makes her symptoms worsen. i made appt and Wed they called because insurancehad wrong name but i changed it and they told she cant be seen.
