If i could go into negative stars I would. I am part of a large Semi-Truck dealership and dealing with Lynx Services is akin to Dante's Circles of Hell. We will never take on any glass work as part of a collision claim from them again. Their customer service is insulting and condescending. Their communication is pathetic and their direction is stumbling and incoherent.

Dear Merchant Lynx, I am writing you to inform you that your service is terrible. It is the worst system I have had to use for a P.O.S. system. My account has been charged for a combined 10 times at 5 each for annual fees, Only to find out that I have had 5 accounts open when I only signed up for 1. By far the worst experience ever. They pressure you to sign up and switch & offer you a really low rate. Then bait and switch when it comes time to sign. Tina, a regional supervisor, will NEVER answer your calls for help. Her employee Richard K. Ignors your phone calls. Customer service reps don't care and clearly express that. This is the worst company I've encountered in a long time. I worked for this company for 2 months and I can assure you they are running a scam. They are trying to push a "flat rate" program which is a far stretch of the truth. You will end up paying the flat rate PLUS the dues, fees, assessment from Visa, Mastercard and Discover. Those are fees they can do nothing about. So this "flat rate" bull honkey is to make you think you're getting a better rate when in all actuality you're not. This company is so horrible I cannot even begin to describe it. I get phone calls at least every other day, when the caller is told no they get smart and hang up. This company is so bad......
