Probably the worst haircut I’ve ever had. Supposed to be a 30 minute cut and hair wash. Spent about 15 minutes, did a terrible job and then didn’t wash the hair as I paid for and was entitled to as per my online booking, and then rushed me out the door. It was 8:30 in the morning… Second time trying this place, will never be back. The location is good and the shop itself is nicer than what your haircut will be. Don’t expect much out of this place. Proceed with caution.

I was looking for my fiancé to get his haircut as a trial before our wedding. It was explained that we wanted his hair shorter, but still have some length. He came home with his hair looking like this. As somebody who also works in a subjective field, I reached out to Mercer to see if the disconnect was a cut issue or a styling issue.
