Thank you Dr. Gurm for taking the time to call and rectify the billing issue I had with this clinic. Dr. Gurm not only made good on what was initially promised to me by a staff member, he has offered little incentives to our new cat adopters who decide to become clients at this clinic.
Took our pet here when he fractured(hairline) his foot. After they took him for a check up the technician started bringing the an estimate ($980). The invoice had around 12 lines with various fees. After I challenged some line items, they removed them one by one and brought the bill down to $450. The vet seemed disinterested and provided no education to me before I left. The sedative they gave our pet was way too strong so it took him 8 hours (of hell) to come of it. I was told that sedation will last an hour! She told me to... read more
