Friendly, efficient, skilled, experienced dentist and lovely staff. Have never had a negative experience there. Demonstrated validation and empathy for my silly dental anxiety. Got me in very fast when I had a broken crown. I appreciate their excellent customer service and kindness.

Long overdue, just happened to notice this collection yesterday. As a long-time patient of Dr. Mercer, I echo and confirm basically everything in the other reviews: Dr Mercer is professional, highly skilled, extremely compassionate to less comfortable patients like myself, and has gone far beyond what I think most dental patients expect in terms of nature and quality of care.
