I lived here with my son apt 507 in 2000-2003. Living over a alcholic drug user who was also maintance man. Threated me many times. He STOLE a new cd drive. He stole alot. I'll never get over my anxiety since he threaten me and my son back then.
My son and I are about to be homeless. This was literally my only option. I had an eviction from an ex I lived with when I had no responsibility of rent i was just on the lease and an eviction because I was making minimum wage trying my hardest to keep up with rent and a 5 year old. Because of that I got denied. Now my 5 year old and I are homeless. So if you want to apply here and you have evictions don't bother. There is no heart or understanding in this apartment place or the world for that matter.
The 1st day I moved in my neighbor tried to break into my apt, then same neighbor and her 6'4" bf we're peeping in my bedroom window! Now her and her babies daddy mock me, ridicule me. He told me girls aren't allowed to ride mountain bikes BC we have V's, only boys are allowed to ride mountain bikes BC they have P's. Told office mgr Kim Guilfoil didn't do anything. Myself and my mom used to live there for 22 years (I'm 25 and lived there until about 5 or so years ago) and they were the WORST. When we moved in (I was a baby so I don't remember but I do remember this was the case) they didn't change the carpets and REFUSED TO change them at all. The hearers stunk like cat pee when they were turned on and it was horrible but was the only place my mom could afford for us. Beware Kimberly Guilfoil the community manager let's herself in when she wants and will do whatever it takes rather it's to use her key as she wishes or push her way in when she is told no this is not legal for any manager or landlord to do in any state..... Also states in a teanats lease that you are allowed to have company for so many days this Kimberly calls cops to have people removed which also illegal in any state.....
