Only because zero Stars was not an option they do not listen they do not return phone call end Dr David Kaye will tell you one thing and then run out of the office and be man enough to come and speak to you.... You will be treated like trasher... After I launch a complaint and contacted the insurance company about fraudulent charges... Also was overcharged me on copays so now they have a report for my insurance company the medical board... So they decided they did not want to be my doctor anymore BECAUSE THEY GOT CAUGHT UP..... read more

What in the world is going on in this establishment? My Doctor and Nurse Practitioner moved from Warner Robins to Macon in December of 2024 and his clients were to have a smooth transition to the new building if they chose to stay with Doctor. I did not mind driving to Mercer Medicine every few months as I could have a video call if necessary for a sudden illness or medicine refills. The staff is so unprofessional here, there was no greeting once I entered….i over heard front desk ask security “where is he going” instead of greeting me an asking if I needed help which was rude and unprofessional.The whole 20min I was in the lobby waiting for a patient the staff was gossiping the entire time, the front desk clerks and the security guard.The security guard was in the parking lot smoking once I arrived , his appearance is unprofessional and uniform not neat an maintained poor hygiene…he should be in his sta... read more
