My experience was very well. Everyone works hard to take care of every patient. It was not a long wait at all of my health concerns.
Doctor mercer is the most hard working living doctor I have ever met. She has helped me overcome so many of my health problems that I would of been in misery today if u had not seen her!! She calls on her own time to check on me and cares more for her patients than any doctor I've ever met! I love dr mercer and she is an angel!
Well, Dr. Mercer is quite educated. I mean come on, she graduated med school so obviously she is very bright. She's very kind to me, she's quick and always concerned about my health and life in general. Yes, she may be in the room and then leave all of a sudden, but she has a hard time keeping "trustworthy" staff, which means she has to do more office crap. Overall always helpful/ and courteous care. Dr always go above and beyond every time I am seen in her office. I feel like every doctor should be like her. She takes as much time as it takes to get you taken care of. And even checks on you on her own time to make sure you are doing better than when she saw you last. I would suggest her to anybody.
She calls me back in a timely matter!

Shorter wait time overall the last 15 years have been good. No complaints.
