RecommendedOne of our favorite places. Family friendly with lots to do; kids never want to leave. Cute cabins with kitchens, a nice beach with a trampoline and kayaks, fishing from the dock, jacuzzi overlooking the lake, and a boat launch. Close to Heceta Beach (for kite flying), Hobbit Beach trailhead (for a cool forest hike down to the beach) and Strawberry Hill wayside (for amazing tide pools) just 15 miles north. Just perfect.
