I had a great experience at Mercer Island Family Eye Care - best experience at an optometrist ever. They got me in quickly, explained every step of the process, and were upfront about costs and what tests they were running. I really appreciated the transparency and thoughtfulness! Would 100% recommend.
I just had a thorough exam at Family Eye Care and they are excellent! The staff is so kind and friendly and the exam was very thorough with all the latest technology and machinery. The doctor was very professional, kind and reassuring. One of my closest friends highly recommended this doctor and I agree with her completely. I needed a place that was wheelchair accessible and it was very accessible. The staff gave me a little extra help with great attitudes.
It is easy to notice that everyone in this office deeply cares about their patients and that you landed in the right hands. I am so grateful I found this address for me and my family. Dr. Sea is my doctor. It took a little to dial in my prescription and I so appreciate her kindness , patience and commitment to serve her patients.
First: Dr. Emam is excellent! We hear she’s moving to another clinic and we wish her the very best! Second: This review/rating is for the Mercer Island eye clinic/staff. Without going into detail, we had some weird experiences with this clinic with unprofessionalism, unkindness, exams and procedures not being explained well, and some less than reassuring billing practices. I can’t recommend this eye clinic and we will be going elsewhere.
