Very helpful, only I have section 8 Housing choice voucher and it's only $950.00 max.

I’ve been in this unit for almost four years, Mercer took it over about a year and a half ago. What I am beginning to notice is they want to do inspections every SIX months, okay fine, but they haven’t been every SIX but every five and the ONE time I over slept they charged me $100, calling it a “Denial of Entry” because I over slept!
