Greasiest property management company I’ve ever rented from. If you don’t pay to have the home professionally deep cleaned from top to bottom then expect to lose half of your security deposit. My wife and I moved out and spent a whole day cleaning, but because they found a few hairs in the bathroom and crumbs in the oven they are charging for a full professional clean. Never followed up for repairs after move-in. Did not reveal certain “fees” until right before lease signing. Terrible communication. Charges cleaning fee, carpet cleaning fee and other miscellaneous fees upon moving out. In my case the property was cleaner after move out than it was for the move-in. Will take their liberties with your deposit even though all move out requirements are met.
