Unable to get a straight answer about whether my kid would be seeing an MD or midlevel practitioner when trying to schedule. Interesting rule but does not build confidence. Have previously had good experiences with the MDs we’ve seen here, but I don’t like surprises when it comes to my kid’s health care.
I have been there a few times and have always gotten excellent care. I love that you call ahead and book an appointment so you’re not sitting in the waiting room for hours when you feel like crap. Would 100% recommend!
It’s inconvenient how urgent care hours open at 6 pm. You all need to open at 8 am.
Everytime i come in there i am rushed or im not being seen like i should. Ive had the same problem twice and the first time i went in they gave me antibiotics and it worked recently i had the same problem and they wanted to test for strep and i knew it wasnt that and then they wanted to test for mono and i told her it wasnt that because ive had it before but i let her test for it. it came back negative so i went home with nothing but told to take tylenol for an upper respiratory infection. If I could rate 0 stars, I would. The 'doctors' here have made me lose some faith in humanity and society. This is not a place to receive medical care; this is a place to waste your own resources being seen by unthinking, 'check boxes on a list' hacks who will offer you as little as they can while billing you for everything they can get away with.
