Had 2 appointments. Was charged the same even though first was a “partial” and second was “full” highlights. Prices are not what is posted online. Second service crown of scalp was not highlighted properly. Made appointment to have fixed , decided to go to a different salon as didn’t feel comfortable, was charged cancellation fee.
