I have brought in 3 units in the last month. My snowblower and two chainsaws were all assessed within a day or 2. I received those back within a week of dropping them off, repair and all. Today I dropped off a chainsaw and was very happy to find out yet again they were able to diagnose and repair my chainsaw within the same day. Megan has been easy to deal with on all 3 occasions and I will definitely be returning to Megan in service and mercer equipment.
I'd like to thank Mercer equipment and Megan especially for getting me set up with my new snowblower and helping us make sure we got the machine we needed for our family. Picked up the Toro 1232 and it is a beast.chewed though a 5 foot bank in 2 passes.well balanced and great reverse power.couldnt be happier.
Had the part I needed and the service was excellent.
Megan was fabulous, dealt with my warranty claim in a timely fashion. Thank you to Megan and Mercer Equipment for all their hard work! Definitely recommend for all small engine needs
