Had my snow blower repaired . Used it once after a snow fall and it broke down. Called them multiple times to pick up my unit for repairs , and they would never call me back to repair . They kept promising to fix it , but never did. Disappointed.
Great people good mechanics awesome service
Great service, always friendly. A rare experience these days. On my second visit they fixed my chain saw in minutes at no cost. I highly recommend Mercer Equipment for all sales or service.
My husband called parts to find stock on a part number for his chainsaw. Sam took his call. She confirmed she had the part and set it aside with his name on it. She was very professional and easy to deal with.
