Belt replacement required on a new 1 year old Toro Lawn mower. 2 months to get fixed due to waiting for parts that are not stocked at this said authorized dealer. Why not stocked? Too expensive for them to take the chance of having to "get stuck" with them because they can not be returned and "they are not "Amazon"... as I was told by one employee.
