So far I’m very dissatisfied with their service department . At least give a clear deadline on when a blower can be expected to be to be fixed instead of making people wonder . The warranty process is frustrating . I’ve never been to a place that takes forever to decide if it’s warranty or not

Their communication was outstanding, they kept me informed every step of the way and made sure I understood what was happening with my snow blower repair. Not only were they able to get the part I needed for my snowblower (which I understand is sometimes hard to obtain) they further had one small pin that somehow must have disappeared. Meghan at Mercers was very, very helpful.
If you are a small business or a small engine mechanic go elsewhere where to find replacement parts. 1st incident Came into the store looking for a worm gear was told by staff I was unable to do so since it’s “inside a sealed unit” and wanted to sell me an entire assembly for over 300$. 2nd incident called asking if they carried a part and was told by somebody I would get a call back shortly. Megan and Rebecca were so helpful in finding my snowblower parts. So nice! Fiona also helped out with some speedy order processing I was in a huge hurry and she checked me out super fast…great service.
