I have bought 2 chainsaws from Mercer. Both products continue work well. Mercer’s repair services are top notch and effective in resolving issues with my chain saws. Most recently Dylan fixed my chain saw in 5 minutes. He was knowledgeable and took his time to explain what he was doing. Would recommend Mercer for all your outdoor equipment needs
Absolute terrible service. Drop my zero turn lawn mower off on a Friday and was told they can look at it Tuesday or Wednesday the following week. No call, I call nunerous times the following Friday and let a voice mail with no response. Finally get a call back on Monday with the representative laughing on the phone saying sorry, we have had some sick people, we will gwt to it by Wednesday. I bought a Stihl trimmer, Chainsaw, Toro mower and the biggest Echo backpack blower here - wish I never did. Should have went somewhere else.... First off the lawnmower needed tightening as soon as I started using it, was brand new industrial mower. Then a piece brole on the mower and even though it was "under warranty" I had to pay for some bs... We have brought in two trimmer to be serviced by Mercer Equipment. Both times I specifically wanted to deal with Megan. She really embodies the art of customer service. From handling our trimmers to finding new chains, my husband and I have never had an issue. Megan treats us as if she has known us her whole life. I am a senior and I have had a Stihl KM110 Kombi unit for almost 15 years. In the past I've done some of the service myself but as I get older, I find I'm not able to handle many intricate things. Over the last few weeks I've noticed that the recoil starter is not catching consistently when it's pulled. So, I removed the recoil and took the mechanism into Mercers.
