I found their bill pay system to be extremely inadequate. When I got a new debit card, I carefully changed the information with all bill pay recipients, but five businesses were denied payment multiple times. The bank could not explain why this happened. I closed all my accounts and went elsewhere. Then I started getting bills because I wasn’t paying for their bill Pay service on accounts that no longer existed.
