Not recommended. Case managers are not reliable. Very disrespectful about your feelings in your life path. There's a better chance of Jesus coming back then them helping you.
I have been shocked at how this unit handles families in crisis. To tell someone who has agoraphobia that they must come in to their office for an evaluation, because they no longer go into homes, is absurd. The man barely leaves his room and doesn’t leave the house or go in the yard and yet you expect him to come to your office to receive an evaluation and in-home care? Abominable.
I tried to get my teenage autistic son help here a year ago after he was admitted to the hospital. After countless months of paperwork and failures, nobody there was able to get him any help that he needed. He is 18 now and wants to seek help and I’m trying to facilitate that. Even after several calls, trying to explain my disabled sons specific needs they just dismissed me and told me to have him call and do an intake because he’s an adult. They dont know what they are doing. Will make things worse not better. They should be shut down. The ladies at the front desk are alright and thats it.
