I have been shocked at how this unit handles families in crisis. To tell someone who has agoraphobia that they must come in to their office for an evaluation, because they no longer go into homes, is absurd. The man barely leaves his room and doesn’t leave the house or go in the yard and yet you expect him to come to your office to receive an evaluation and in-home care? Abominable.

I tried to get my teenage autistic son help here a year ago after he was admitted to the hospital. After countless months of paperwork and failures, nobody there was able to get him any help that he needed. He is 18 now and wants to seek help and I’m trying to facilitate that. They dont know what they are doing. Will make things worse not better. They should be shut down. The ladies at the front desk are alright and thats it.

They simply feed the industry. The default is to require treatment while providing little support for their position. Appeal decision lacks any response to one's rebuttal or further clarification on the determination.
