RecommendedLet me start by saying that I’m the worst patient ever because I’m terrified of all types of dentistry! It’s so barbaric! When my dentist said that I needed a root canal, I just wanted to cry. Dr. Mannino recommenced Mercer Bucks Endodontics, and I can’t believe I’m saying this, but it was the best dental experience I’ve ever had (even my regular cleaning). I got a root canal yesterday by Dr. Matteo Sferlazzo. I couldn't be happier. Dr. Sferlazzo was 1) extremely nice 2) took as much time to answer any questions I had without rushing me 3) explained the procedure very well 4) put me at ease with his confidence and experience 4) did an amazing job, providing me with some feedback during the process and 5) followed up with a call several hours later to see how I was doing. Dr. Sferlazzo did my apicoectomy last week. He was very nice and told me what he was doing during each step. I had no pain. I really appreciated that he called me at the end of the day to ask how I was doing. Yesterday, I got the stitches out and it feels like nothing happened.
Great follow up after a long root canal. 5pm call in Fri night from Dr Sferlazzo. recommend!
Having a root canal is never going to be a fun thing to do, however I felt all the staff were friendly and helpful. The doctor explained everything in detail and made me feel confident in his work. I would recommended them and although I hope I don’t need to go back, I would if needed :)
I am in so much LESS pain. It was my first time at this oral surgeon, and honestly everyone there really went above and beyond. The receptionist explained all the papers and prices to me, the dental assistant put me at ease, the oral surgeon took his time to explain what he was going to do, and backup plans b, c, and d. The dental assistant even took the time to hold my hand during the surgery when I would start shaking. While i'm not in love with oral surgery, things like today go a long way to stop my crippling panic.
My son had a root canal and it was his first major dental procedure. He had zero pain and couldn't understand why so many adults told him root canals are painful. Dr Sund even called that night to see how he was doing. All the staff were so pleasant and calm to talk to. Highly recommend!
First time there, everybody was nice and very understanding, except for the bill of corse, and the fact that mr Sund is a redsox and patriot fan, everything was great!
Had my first root canal today had some fear as i never even had a filling before, Dr Sferlazzo was awesome it was painless.And he even called me later that day to see how I was..... Would highly recommend!!!!!!
