Absolutely terrible experience with Mercer and Aureus, I brought in my car for hail damage repairs and they did not complete the work that was agreed on. They billed my insurance company for work that was not done and now I’ve had to open up a claim. Do not go there. Update- the owner did reach out to work to remedy the situation.
Had my work truck there since Saturday. Now they tell me they don’t patch tires.
