If i could give them a -5 i would, I spent 12hrs total on hold and dealing with 7 Different customer service reps and i've been hung up on, disconnected, not called back when they said they would and finally had the issue looked over, only to be told i would have to get the tapes of my conversations pulled by the insurance company to resolve the issue only to find out the most important part of the most important call was only 1/2 recorded and the vital part wasen't, Hmmmmm sounds really shady don't you agree.
