We couldn't be happier with the care Dr. Mercedez Cruz MD provides for our daughter. From our very first visit, she made us feel heard and never rushed. She has a wonderful way of connecting with children, making my daughter feel at ease even during vaccinations or tough exams. Her medical knowledge is top-notch, and she explains everything in a way that is easy to understand. We feel so lucky to have found such a compassionate and skilled primary doctor!
Dr. Mercedez Cruz, MD provides exceptional care for our 1-year-old daughter. During each visit, she is thorough, gentle, and attentive, carefully monitoring her growth and development. She takes time to answer all of our questions, discuss milestones, and explain vaccinations and next steps clearly. We truly appreciate her professionalism, patience, and genuine kindness toward our child.
After moving back to Florida we found Dr. Cruz who was conveniently located just a few miles away. However since going there with 2 of our daughters, Dr. Cruz has been far too invasive with her probing questions. When a patient goes to the doctor for an issue, the conversation and questions need to be towards figuring out what is causing the issue and fixing it, not asking if everything is okay at home and trying to make it seem as if she suspects there is something going on at home.
