Shiesty when it comes to conducting sales
⸻ DO NOT purchase a vehicle from this dealership. I bought an Acura RDX from them and within three days of having by it, problems started surfacing. Before the sale, I was assured the vehicle had “passed a 182-point inspection” and had a “clean history.” Those claims could not have been further from the truth. Concerned, I took the vehicle to a local Acura dealership for a thorough evaluation. The result? Jordan did a great job reeling us in. LOL Even suggested another vehicle than what I asked for. Which we ended up buying. LOL. Even swapped out wipers blades and had the vehicle detailed. Without me having to ask. At 47 years old I’ve had car deals take eight hours to accomplish. We were not there very long and the staff was knowledgeable. I would use that location again.
Jude and Matt was excellent to work with. Highly recommend dealing with these guys as they've bent over backwards to accommodate my crazy family.
This is the third timing having he vehicle here and it has been sitting in the same spot and hasn't moved since Christmas.This is absolutely horrible customer service
