I called today about a Service B price (for a 2016 MB)...and I was quoted $689.00! I know the average price for this service is about $350. I was shocked! I've taken my car here before for other things and Nick was wonderful and they took good care of me with fair pricing. I am stunned that they are so out of the ballpark when it comes pricing for a service.
Amazing Service! When a check engine light came on for my Sprinter van, I called Mercedes in Miami! They said they could see me in 3 days and I would need to leave it with them for at least 3 days for them to run diagnostic. I asked to speak with a service manager and waited 20 minutes on hold. Gave up, called here and they ran diagnostic test immediately, found nothing wrong, reset it, charged me nothing and I was back on road feelin good within 45 minutes! Amazing Service!
