In MY Opinion worst ever. Tyler is in charge his technique is yelling and screaming very very unprofessional. He had my mb convertible car for 4 months to fix the convertible top not going up and down. He charged some $600 had me pick it up in the pouring rain so I couldn't check it. The part he replaced was never returned that's just what is done. They change a part they give you the old part (insurance companies do this proforma all the time).
