The most superior service in town I am amazed at the quality of service and honesty I received by this shop. Troy is an outstanding mechanic and a very honest man. So thankful I found this place.

SuperiorService I had my 2001, 430E serviced and repaired by this shop. Excellent service, fair price, and customer oriented staff! I had my car serviced and repaired at other shops in the Seattle area and I was not satisfied. I am now in San Antonio, TX and I call them on ocasion for technical advice for my 300CE and 430E on DIY projects.

EXCELLENT SERVICE I have been taking my E-430 Sport to this shop since they opened in 2008. I will not EVER take it anywhere else!!! Troy (Owner) knows his stuff, doesn't fix anything thats not broken, has VERY reasonable prices and customer service is outstanding. I HIGHLY recommend!!!!

Boles Troy is the absolute best mechanic I have ever had. He makes owning a Mercedes painless. There is not an unethical bone in his body. I have benn to his shop for the past 4 years. I highly encourage anyone who is contemplating the dealership for service to give Troy a try! He will become a prized asset :-)

Customer Service Mercedes Only was referred to me 4yrs ago when I got my first Mercedes car. Troy has been the only mechanic that I trust. He runs his business honestly, skillfully, and quality work. The work that Troy has done for me has been outstanding with great detail. Once I was locked out of my car at the grocery store. He came out to help me get in. Unethical This business would be ethical if his father was running the show unfortunately his son Troy has the helm. I had O2 sensors put in. It starts off bad when I tell him my vehicle has 4 sensors and insists it has 2. He later calls and Troy claims the job requires I leave the vehicle overnight. A 30min job mind you. I didn't make a fuss about the extra miles and wear and tear on my vehicle but when I went back for the other two sensors and was quoted over a hundred dollars more, his excuse was "the ones you want in are... read more

The best experience! I previously had been faithful to the dealership I bought my car at for servicing. I started to see that they were charging me for all kinds of extras and recommending things that I thought were excessive.I switched to Troy over at Mercedes Only about 2 years ago. I drive down from Bellevue and I will never go anywhere else. His shop is very clean and he is honest. He takes great care of me and his pricing is very reasonable.
