I called to request service to where the technician said he would be at the location to make a new car key after he’d finished one job. I had school so he said my boyfriend could be there at the car to get the key. The technician did not show for the 5 hours my boyfriend waited in, and outside of his job at a warehouse. The Tech then needed to reschedule. The way our time was wasted is ridiculous. I missed work as well relying on these ppl. DO BETTER!
