I was a patient back on 2022, but due to my medical insurance changed Dr. Giles was not in network so I had to changed doctors. This year I retired and have Healthspring Insurance called them to pick a provider and Dr. Giles is in network so I pick her as my PCP cause I really like how she treat me as a patient back in 2022. I scheduled and appointment for March 24 at 11:30 AM But this new system about scheduling and check in on line make things complicated specially the staff. Wait time to see Sr. Giles was less than 5 minutes. The staff us friendly and professional. Dr. Giles has a caring and compassionate spirit. She advised on how I can improve my health through proper meal plans and exercise.
Dr. Giles is a very professional physician who deeply cares for her patients as a whole. She is very knowledgeable, passionate, and caring about what she does. I’m glad I was able to go back to see her as my PCP. You ROCK Dr. Giles!!!!
She will insult and yell at patients for asking questions about their medical treatment plan that she plans without their consent. She was rude, hostile, and aggressive with patient and I notice a trend based on the comments, of who she chooses to be awful to and who she chooses to be decent. Treatment was giving tether
