Love Love Love Dr. Giles!! She is an amazing physician who cares deeply about her patients. Wonderful bedside manner, thorough explanations to all of my questions, extremely patient & intentional when listening to & reviewing my concerns as well as next steps for my care plan. So down to earth, I could literally talk to her all day😊. Her passion for providing top notch health caring to others is 2nd to none. Texas has certainly gained a gem in this 5 star PCP💜.
Dr Giles is better than I ever imagined. I’d been seeking a doctor that would listen. Dr Giles exceeded my expectations.
Every staff member is welcoming, patient and so helpful. When you meet Dr. Giles, she is the same way. She never talks down to you. She always includes you in your health plan and she or a member of her staff checks in with you to make sure you're okay. She not just a doctor she treats you like family.
I was a patient back on 2022, but due to my medical insurance changed Dr. Giles was not in network so I had to changed doctors. This year I retired and have Healthspring Insurance called them to pick a provider and Dr. Giles is in network so I pick her as my PCP cause I really like how she treat me as a patient back in 2022. I scheduled and appointment for March 24 at 11:30 AM But this new system about scheduling and check in on line make things complicated specially the staff.
