Quality of patient care and bedside manners has gone down. Not as attentive as years prior…PCP seems rushed and disconnected from the patient in the moment. Any documentation requiring provider review and signature takes months…good luck if it’s ever filled out and given back. Also, office manager April is pleasant to deal with. Unfortunately, her counterpart Irma lacks customer service finesse.
