Headed over to mbclinic , noticed a split in the windshield, I had just went through the car wash, maybe the windshield was too hot to drive through the car wash,, I don't know.

I wish I could give Chris and the whole Mercedes Clinic operation 10 stars. I have been taking my Mercedes there for 3 years, and have never received anything but absolutely stellar service, both in terms of the quality and professionalism of the repairs, and the customer service provided by Chris and his staff. True story - I was 9 months pregnant and scheduled to deliver a baby the next day, and was driving around doing last minute errands. The gas line on my car broke, spilling gas everywhere. I have been taking my ML to the Mercedes Clinic for a number of years, and I cant speak highly enough about my experiences there. Owner Chris Heintzman is an extremely knowledgeable mechanic and diagnostician. All the work Ive had done at his shop has been done with the highest degree of accuracy and professionalism--and at a reasonable cost. Chriss customer service is likewise stellar. I was referred to the clinic by a competitor since he stated that he really only does better work with VW and Audi. I spoke to the Owner, Chris, and he was very open and forth coming in his assessments of my vehicle. He made some suggestions even before I actually brought it in. When I received my repair he presented me with a diagnostic for the vehicle without having made the request. It is good to know there are still honest mechanics to work with.
