Mercedes is amazing and so down to earth, which makes the whole process a lot easier. We wanted to get through the process quickly and were picky about the things we wanted and the houses we liked. She handled it all like the Professional she is! We couldn't have gotten through this without her and we will be sending everyone we know to her.
