Paid twice as much then ever paid for custom boots before, never again. Poor fit and poor finish, heal looked like someone used a wood rasp to shape and never bothered to finish.
Very friendly and helpful. She helped me get a few pieces of leather for a little project. Will most definitely refer anybody looking for custom boots!

I bought a pair of custom boots from Mercedes Boot Company in 2008 and they never fit. I actually went in to be fitted, to avoid that problem and still; Ariat boots have been better to and for me than these were. I have now decided to go with a different company for a custom pair, as foreign made mass produced boots just don't last and the Mercedes Boots were so painful that I would never consider giving them money for anything again.
