My fiancé left a review regarding my Mercedes CLA, and the dealership responded asking me to call; I did, and received no response. Really disappointed with the service department here, specifically Tim. My fiancée and I brought in her 2023 Mercedes CLA 250 because of a noise. We were expecting a proper inspection, especially since she has a warranty that cost over $5,000. Instead, the experience was frustrating from start to finish.
