Fixed van issues when other dealers could not, fit me into schedule on short notice while in transit. Grateful for the service team there and the work performed.
We got the dreaded check engine light late on a Friday. With no one available to answer our call we made plans to just “show up” first thing Monday Am. Went there just as they were opening and they began to diagnose the problem. It was the ERG cooler and ERG valve!! Mercedes approved the replacement of the cooler but not the valve! What a great Team! Our delivery driver left Elkhart, Indiana and was headed to Louisiana when our Sprinter RV that would not exceed 50mph two hours north of Memphis. The dealership was closed by the time we arrived. When they opened the following morning, we were greeted by Fernando Berendique. Mr. Berendique understood how urgent it was to look at the vehicle since our team member was stuck in Memphis. Fernando had the sprinter diagnosed and repaired before noon!!! Thank you for the great customer service!
Our sprinter van broke down about 45 minutes away from this location while traveling a 10 hour road trip. Fernando answered the phone and immediately started helping. We got the van to their location and they started working on it before we could even get out! Their waiting area is very nice with soft drinks, coffee, and snacks. Reclining seats to sit in while waiting, they worked quickly and efficiently to get it back running for our family to return on our road trip.
