I ordered a new Sprinter 2500 3 months ago and it actually arrived about 2 weeks early. The vehicle was cleaned in and out and looked great. My salesman was Ruben and he kept me well informed the whole way and promptly answered any questions I had. I made changes along the way and he was more than happy to accommodate me. Would not trust this dealership, service reps openly make promises that are not fulfilled and do not stand by their own work/mistakes. Expect to pay exorbitant rates for service and for your vehicle to still have the same issues after you pick it up. Hopefully not all Mercedes Dealerships are run as poorly as this one.
Service above and beyond. I would highly recommend. I have a conversion van that I'm very particular about and these guys do a great job. Justin really knows Sprinter vans.
My family got 3 Mercedes-Benz in Cherry Hill with Mr. Diego del Rio. The experience was amazing! Mr. Diego Del Rio gave us the most fine and personalized attentions. Mr. Diego Del Rio speaks English and Spanish. So, he has excellent communication skills, and gave us the best support to choose our Mercedes-Benz by the past of the years. I highly recommend him, and Mercedes-Benz in Cherry Hill.
We had the engine light come on in or sprinter van a called for an appointment and they were able to see us the same day! The mechanic sent us a video of of the work being done to determine what the issue was. Once the mechanic determined what was the issue the service manager explained to us everything that was found and what was done to resolve the issue. We would definitely recommend them if you need sprinter van work done.
