VAN LIFERS BEWARE Mercedes-Benz Van Center Wyoming MI If you live in a Sprinter, run a business out of one, or rely on a van for travel, do not take it here. I called them more than a week ahead, told them exactly what was wrong, what parts I needed, and made it super clear this wasn’t a “fix it whenever” thing. My slider door was strapped shut with a ratchet strap, and my rear doors closed but wouldn’t seal tight. I asked for both doors to be fixed. They had my van for four days. FOUR. DAYS. Issac and Hunter were great. Got me in within a day. Explained the issue and had it taken care of. Hats off to these guys. They have to put on a happy face for the customers while they deal with Techs in back and Management. It can be stressful and I could feel it, but Isaac treated me well and followed up with phone calls and put me at ease on the 23 Sprinter OM654. Thanks Isaac. Might see you again. This is my first time at this facility and working with them was exceptional would definitely use them more and again in the future
Isaac squeezed me in to fix a faulty low pressure EGR sensor. Great service and very friendly just like the other guys working here....
