I had a negative experience with this business and am very disappointed.
I purchased a used GLC 300 SUV 2021 last December 2023 and have been to the service center 7 times now to get it repaired. I was so excited because I always wanted a Benz. I am so upset and embarrassed to be driving around in a luxury lemon!
They over work first shift daily and act like they’re doing you a favor the turn around rate is ridiculous they let me go for knocking a fire extinguisher off the hook with my body and not any equipment It took them 5 days to tell me that . Great place to work if you don’t have a life though
Delivery is a squeeze. No overnight parking. Receiving and delivery hours are 8a-3p. No long wait time 45min and out
