My second time here and it was an absolute shambles (I thought it was fine last time hence the slightly generous 3 star review). You somehow managed to run out of food 3 hours into a 7 hour event, did you not know that we were coming?! Then there’s the cheeky bastards serving the booze around the seats who try to run off without giving you change for your already overpriced beer. Unbelievable. �

No TVs near concessions so you miss every play of the game while in line to get food. Had to choose between missing OT of Rose Bowl and first 2 series of game I was actually there to watch due to lack of TVs. This isn't an issue at any other college or NFL stadium I've ever been to. I could've watched the game on my phone, but after 20 minutes of trying neither my gf nor I could get a solid connection to the stadium wifi. We came to the Super-dome to see the Saints play the Falcons on Christmas eve. It was a surprise for my son for Christmas. We were soooooo excited. I just have to say that every employee, security person, custodian that we encountered was pleasant, fun and everyone of them wished us a Merry Christmas. It was fantastic. I know they have to deal with a lot of people but everyone was great. It really did put the icing on the Christmas cookie to make a very memorable Christmas for my son. Thank you all. Who Dat!!!!!!
Not handicap friendly. My husband and I tried attending three different events. We had tickets on the top floor, since handicap seating was never available every time we went, and all three times we could not get off the top floor. You see wheelchair customers can only can get down by using the elevators (since the only other way was the escalators) and we were told that the elevators were for press and Dome personnel first, handicap had to wait until the Dome was clear.
