We took our 2024 Sprinter in to have the brakes serviced. Tristian was our service representative and he was very helpful. Brendon also was a big help when Tristian was busy. This dealership is set up to work on large vans which was great. Not all Mercedes dealerships seem to handle them as well but they are definitely set up for it. The service technician also sent us a video showing exactly what problems needed to be fixed and why which was amazing.
