Jimmy has been the most professional and accommodating service manager I’ve ever worked with. I’ve bought three sprinters since 2021 and I’ve been to many MB service centers along the coast of California. He took command and control of my problem, leaving no weight on my shoulders. This is my new hometown service center and I couldn’t be happier.

I had to go in and take care of my rear door handle would not open. Of course, we found out the day we were packing for a trip So the next morning, I rushed to take my sprinter to get it fixed. On the way there my check engine light also happen to come on Jimmy and Brandyn were great!! They were able to resolve both my issues the same day. Even though the handle was not Mercedes fault- they still fixed it. The company I used to build out my interior accidentally must have screwed into the handle causing it to not open. I rarely write reviews, but I was so pleasantly surprised by the professionalism, patience, efficiency and convenience of my experience that I felt compelled. Jimmy and his associates were friendly and efficient. They immediately made me feel like they had my problem under control and that my concerns were going to be addressed. Jimmy and Nick worked diligently to resolve a battery issue and I highly recommend using these folks. It felt more like a professional that was a relative working on my rig than a detached company. Fair, reasonable and appreciated.
