I’ve been bringing different cars here for service for almost a decade now, but my most recent experience was phenomenal. The service agent Prem Patel went above and beyond and nailed customer service! This dealership has changed a lot in the most recent years and for the better! The staff give out good vibes and all greet you with a smile. Everyone is well dressed and well mannered. Its noticeable! Props to all the staff and management.

Mercedes Newmarket only good if you buy new vehicles if you have a older Mercedes please don't take it to them. I had multiple issues with this dealership. They don't replace with OEM parts (alternator) they used third party parts, on many occasions they say it's repaired only for the issue reoccur days later. I asked for a loaner car they said none available by Prem Patel, then after calling his boss then all of sudden they have available.
