I have used Newmarket Mercedes for servicing my 2014 SL550 for ten years now. There service has been fine until this last time. I booked it in for an oil change as well as an issue I was having with my tire pressure sensing system, it kept warning me that the left front tire sensor wasn't registering the pressure. Rather than just replace the sensor they told me they would have to perform a diagnosis to determine the problem, a $200.00 service charge. I checked in at around 10:25 am . Waited for about 50 minutes until the shuttle picked me up. Such a waste of time.
