Mercedes Newmarket only good if you buy new vehicles if you have a older Mercedes please don't take it to them. I had multiple issues with this dealership. They don't replace with OEM parts (alternator) they used third party parts, on many occasions they say it's repaired only for the issue reoccur days later. I asked for a loaner car they said none available by Prem Patel, then after calling his boss then all of sudden they have available. Took my daughters (new to her) GLK250 in for service and parts and both Jonathon and Chris went above and beyond with a warranty claim through Mercedes to save us thousands of dollars. We highly recommend Mercedes Newmarket for service and parts and will be going back for regular maintenance when required

I have used Newmarket Mercedes for servicing my 2014 SL550 for ten years now. There service has been fine until this last time. I booked it in for an oil change as well as an issue I was having with my tire pressure sensing system, it kept warning me that the left front tire sensor wasn't registering the pressure. Rather than just replace the sensor they told me they would have to perform a diagnosis to determine the problem, a $200.00 service charge.
