A good overall experience, however, they had our car Five days before we get it back. They were kind enough to give us a courtesy car which was greatly appreciated. Justin was in constant contact with us and kept giving us regular updates on the progress. That was much appreciated as well. Good overall experience I hope their resets on the programming solve our problems. I will keep my fingers crossed.
Went in to Walter’s Mercedes Benz for Service B. I was able to get a same day morning appointment which was so convenient for me. I was assisted by Ross Geiger he was very helpful and professional. Overall satisfied with service provided and will continue going to Walters Mercedes Benz.
Ross Geiger did an excellent job with our service. The service department at Mercedes of Riverside is always excellent appreciate them!
The dealership waiting area was neat and clean with free coffee and refreshments. Our rep Joseph Loera was friendly and courteous. Joseph ordered the parts for the passenger seat from Germany. The seat cushion was replaced as promised under warranty. Joseph made our visit a nice experience.
