feel totally ripped off by the Service Advisor, Adam Beckman. My Mercedes Sprinter went into "limp mode" 20 miles outside of O'Fallon. I pulled into a truck stop and they did a Computer engine scan. Truck mechanic said we needed a Mercedes dealer for maintenance. Adam Beckman at Plaza Mercedes in O'Fallon said if you start it 3 times and the "Check Engine" light will go out (wrong). I bought my first Mercedes here in 1991. My experience with service was always excellent until last year when my 2023 Mercedes PANIC STOPPED in traffic. My usual service reps had quit and I was assigned to James Fantone. I explained the frightening experience we had with the car the day before and HE SAID WE WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR AN INSPECTION even though the car was fully covered by the Warranty. I purchased a 2023 BMW 740i from this dealership. It had a ding on the carfax, but was told it was just a cosmetic incident by the salesman. After being assured that some of the imperfections would be taken care of like a front tire and alignment I agreed to purchased the vehicle. The salesman told me a appointment was made and the details would be handled. I drove the vehicle home that night (Saturday) and had to return it the next business day (Monday). Archie and Leo were great to deal with, Im from CT and my son found a car from their website and we called and spoke with Archie and made this experience amazing. I had a bad experience with this dealership once with the finance manager on a saturday evening and then the manager called us on monday and tried to make it right , and i asked my son to take down the bad review , and he did. Then i reached out to them today and the finance manager was telling me he cannot fix the 3 dents that they agreed to fix, before my son took down the bad review.
