I purchased & paid off my 2014 CPO cal250 4matic Edition 1 back in October of 2016. Since that point I have used Prime Motor for required maintenance to preserve both the original warranty & CPO (Last service was back on December 2018) . During my 3 years of service, never once did I receive the customer care experienced at both Audi Stratham or Daniels BMW (Allentown PA). My car (garage kept) still under CPO warranty has the roof of the 1990s Honda Civic - Brandi Lawler 'attempted' to receive good will repair on this defect... read more
