Worst service department of any dealership I've ever been to. They don't keep you informed, leaving you to call for updates. Any time you do call you can expect 7-10 minutes of wait time to get to the service provider you've been assigned if their even available. Expect your vehicle to be there for 3-5 days... even if its just there for a simple service and you have an appointment.
