I am a driver, I bring cars to this dealer. This is the busiest dealer. Every time I wait more than an hour for my car to be accepted! It is so difficult to find 2 minutes to inspect the car and sign the documents
I came in to service my 2006 Winnebago for an oil change on my engine and my generator. When checking in the service advisor Hendrick asked if my RV had been winterized yet. Sadly, life and been busy and winter came on much faster than I had anticipated and I was not able to winterize my RV before the cold set in. Fast forward to me picking up my rig and I find out that they had been able to leave my RV in the building to help defrost my lines! I was able to drive back home and perform winterization on my RV.
