The team here is phenomenal. The Service & Parts team are an incredible group of people & the reason I return & refer friends & family to this dealership. Everyone is so welcoming, personable & polite. Converstaions are genuine & normal back-forth; none of that snooty-nosed, artificial banter you'd experience when you know someone is only being nice because they have to be. Do they want to sell cars?? Can’t get any information on what options car has??? Don’t want to drive from London unless car has needed features. Guess I will deal with Kitchener Mercedes. They serviced my last Mercedes. Now Kitchener Mercedes is a good dealership. Windsor Overseas Mercedes not so much
I brought my C350 in for a rear subframe replacement. It took longer than expected and I believe there was a bit of a gaffe with an overlooked alignment at "completion". The communication throughout was excellent and the while-you -wait alignment after the fact was done extremely fast. Everyone and every place has the occasional whoops moment but they did all they could to resolve it quickly and efficiently. Nothing but thanks and praise after some worrisome moments.
