Do they want to sell cars?? Can’t get any information on what options car has??? Don’t want to drive from London unless car has needed features. Guess I will deal with Kitchener Mercedes. They serviced my last Mercedes. Now Kitchener Mercedes is a good dealership. Windsor Overseas Mercedes not so much
I brought my C350 in for a rear subframe replacement. It took longer than expected and I believe there was a bit of a gaffe with an overlooked alignment at "completion". The communication throughout was excellent and the while-you -wait alignment after the fact was done extremely fast. Everyone and every place has the occasional whoops moment but they did all they could to resolve it quickly and efficiently. Nothing but thanks and praise after some worrisome moments. I have been in touch with Mike Way here for two years now. He has been more than helpful with ordering parts. I have called him just to discuss parts on my Mercedes and how to go about fixing them myself. He emailed me pictures so we could talk over the phone. Gave me his time of day when he didn't have to and with nothing in return. These guys are AWESOME. I very highly recommend coming here to buy vehicles or parts. I surely will not be going anywhere else!! Thanks guys!
Rude and unprofessional, Before even making a appointment with this dealership I had let them know exactly what I was looking for and that was thrown out the window with them trying to swindle me for profit. Also if you're going to talk bad behind a client's back maybe go somewhere private where they can't hear it...
