I can not say enough great things about this dealership. Visiting Windsor for a sporting event I experienced significant car troubles. I had my car towed to this dealership. They were amazing and being able to figure out what this issue was. Bronwen was very lovely to work with as well. Paul Twigg is the worst sales rep you could ever deal with. He led me on a goose chase, had me go through financing process just to tell me I wasn’t able to pickup the vehicle. Then the sales manager saul called me to explain the situation but ended up contradicting himself and then told me “don’t put words in my mouth”. Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. You’re better off purchasing a vehicle elsewhere.
As far as dealerships go, This is a great one. Treated me as a customer not just a way to make profit. Was not pushy, listened to me and the place was so clean. Final dealing process was smooth too, definitely lives up to the name.
Specifically for the parts guys. Rude, unfriendly, short tempered and I waited at the front desk for 5mins before they opened the door to Acknowledge my presence after I had to call Mercedes directly to let them know I was waiting at the desk and zero acknowledgment.
